Coffee Profile
Pacific Dark is a dark roast we brought back from our archives, when we roasted heavier in our early days. We dialed the roast back from the original, and it's now roasted similar to our Nor'Easter in depth, a deep chestnut bean color, and well into second crack. It has a wonderful sweetness from the Guatemala, and a spice character, with deep syrupy body from the Sumatra
