Barista Basics - Fundamentals of Espresso
Join us once a month in our Plymouth, MA training lab for an introductory barista workshop designed for both home coffee enthusiasts and aspiring café professionals. Participants will train on state-of-the-art commercial equipment while learning the essential skills every barista needs.
This hands-on class covers proper espresso dosing and extraction, dialing in grinders, milk texturing techniques, and the fundamentals of crafting classic espresso beverages. You’ll also gain an understanding of industry-standard cleaning and maintenance practices. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence behind the bar.
Roastery Tour

LATTE ART 101
Participants will learn proper milk texturing with both dairy and non-dairy milk, different pouring techniques, and develop a deeper understanding of how to pour two distinct designs in lattes: the heart and tulip. This hands-on learning experience, taught on state-of-the-art commercial equipment, will be beneficial for both at-home and seasoned baristas alike.
Please note, Latte Art 101 is designed for baristas who already know how to pull shots and create microfoam. If you are new to espresso and steaming milk, please checkout out our Barista Basics class.
