Our in-house service team is here to keep your machines running smoothly and to minimize unexpected down time. We provide technical service and repair for our wholesale coffee partners across Southeastern New England. Our technicians have years of industry experience, and have the expertise to keep your equipment running smoothly. For the home brewer, we offer in-house equipment servicing.
Commercial Service
We provide technical service and repair for a wide range of commercial coffee and espresso machines in Southeastern New England. Our technicians are factory trained, professional, and reliable. Our priority is supporting our wholesale coffee customers, however we also take outside service accounts on a case-by-case basis. Reach out if you are in need of professional service.
Our rates for service are $120/hour for labor, and $65/hour for travel time.
Home Service
We provide home espresso equipment service at our Plymouth facility. All home machines must be brought to our location, no appointment is needed, but we encourage you to call ahead to make sure we are accepting your specific machine. Our labor charge for technical service is $120 per hour.
We service Rancilio Silvia, La Marzocco home machines, as well as other traditional E61 group style machines (Rocket, Quick Mill, Izzo, etc). We do not service super-automatic home machines such as Jura, Lavazza, Saeco, or Breville.
