Pacific Dark Roast, or PDR as we like to call this blend, is a popular seasonal dark roast that features a coffee from the Pacific Rim, as well as a washed Central American coffee. This year, PDR is a blend of Papua New Guinea and Guatemala, which results in a wonderul depth of flavor, with dark chocolate body, fruit sweetness, and an herbaceous finish. This roast is similar to our Nor'Easter in depth, with a deep chestnut bean color, and well into second crack.
