We are excited to offer Full Bloom Espresso, which is a selection from the top quality coffees from Daterra Estate in Cerrado, Brazil. These are the best coffees from Daterra, coffees that score 86-89, fully traceable and usually used as single origins.
Full Bloom is a fine representation of the best that a 100% natural (dried-on-tree) coffee can be: a dense, syrupy mix of ripe stone fruits, blueberries and plum with a very long caramel finish. As an espresso, it’s just as creamy as it sounds. On drip methods, it’s a rich and fruity cup.
We suggest for espresso: 18-19g dose, 40-45g extraction, 25-30 seconds, 202F
