I like Sunrise, Heritage and Blossom because they’re medium-level roasted and contain some subtle flavor profiles that attract me to Speedwell generally.
Sunrise for me showcases a little mocha and milk chocolate, mild acidity and some hints of a non-ripened citrus bites. It is medium bodied and like the others, I find this brew relatively smooth.
I especially enjoy going to Plymouth a few times a year and seeing how local restaurants and bakeries use their coffee!
