This washed process lot comes from Finca La Providencia, and although we have been buying coffee from this region for many years, it's our first year sourcing from this specific farm and producer. Operated by Victor Hugo Anzueto, the 96-hectare estate located in the San Pedro Necta district of Huehuetenango has been in the Anzueto family for three generations. Victor Hugo grows Catuai and Caturra varieties ranging from 1300 to 1600 masl.
