A signature blend and customer favorite that we have continuously offered, tweaked, and loved since 2008. The specific coffees we source for Blossom may change from year to year, but generally we blend a natural process Ethiopian with a washed Guatemalan coffee. The cup profile of this blend remains fruit forward on the nose, balanced with a pleasing acid, with a cocoa finish.

First time trying Blossom

The blossom light roast is mild and flavorful. I will try the medium roast next time.

In the Sweet Spot

I ordered Blossom for the first time and am enjoying the taste of my morning cups. Its overall taste finds that sweet spot between "roastiness" and "vegetalness." I'm making up words, but I hope the sense is clear. Each cup is a delight!

Ultra Smooth and Perfectly Balanced

Blossom is on of our favorite Speedwell coffees. It’s in the milder side; more creamy and aromatic with minimal acidity. It has a medium mouth feel yet still manages to possess some light chocolate and berry notes that produce a perfectly blended and semi-robust coffee.

WOW!

I tried this coffee on the small island of Culebra (adjacent to the mainland Puerto Rico) at the Blac Flamingo Coffee shop, I was so impressed with the taste that I asked the shop owner what coffee he used. He proudly told me it was SpeedWell Blossom. I immediately went online, find it and bought it... it's probably the best coffee I have ever had... i use it for cappuccino.
