A signature blend and customer favorite that we have continuously offered, tweaked, and loved since 2008. The specific coffees we source for Blossom may change from year to year, but generally we blend a natural process Ethiopian with a washed coffee from Central America. Currently, Blossom is a blend of Ethiopia Sidamo and El Salvador Monte Verde. The cup profile of this blend remains fruit forward with fresh berry flavors, followed by pleasing chocolate notes as the cup cools. Perfect as a sweet and adventurous hot morning cup, and Blossom also makes a great light bodied, crisp and refreshing iced coffee.
