Our classic espresso profile; currently a tantalizing blend of Brazil from the world renowned Daterra Estate, and Finca Santa Lucia in Honduras. This is a versatile espresso, at multiple extractions, with a pleasing base for milk drinks. Also very wonderful as a filtered coffee, iced coffee, or cold brew.
We suggest: 20g dose, 40g extraction, 22 seconds, 202F
Taste Notes: cherry, cocoa, almond

I was grateful for the advice received in selecting the right bean for my new espresso machine. (Dark, oily roasts clog up burr grinders) I've never had such fresh roasted beans and was so pleased to be able to make the closest thing to the espresso and latte drinks from the coffee shops. Any deficit in the difference is from the machine I purchased not regulating the 9 bars and perfect temp for a barista level brew. I want to buy more beans and try decaffeinated.
I started off with nine bars and after my friends and family tried it, they are all hooked now too. Great coffee, great company. I like to buy the 5 pound bag because I go through it so quickly and it makes my kitchen smell great.
the final product of speedwell’s nine bar blend is the perfect balance of flavor, body, and jolt. everything you need in a cup! indulgent chocolate, nut and fruit notes all mingle in this blend. it pairs beautifully with oat milk, but is delicious on its own as well which can’t be said of every espresso. decedent treat when poured over ice cream. found this blend on a whim at a farm stand, and eventually had to go to the source. first two 1lb bags and finally i had to upgrade to the 5lber as i live about an hour away and this is by FAR the best espresso in the area. this stuff mayyy run in my veins at this point.
nice med dark blend, good balance of body and sweetness. Highly recommended!
If you're using a Londonium for espresso, suggest a PI of 4.0-4.2.
One of my favorite restaurants uses this blend and we had to track it down.
Best espresso blend I’ve found - amazing for lattes, doppios, and americanos.
