I can't say enough about how great the customer service is here. I had emailed to ask if I could add a card to a gift shipment, and received an immediate response from Derek, saying that I could. When I dropped off the card an hour later, the person at the front desk already knew that it needed to be included in the shipment! The coffee is the absolute BEST and they have the customer service to match.
