A beautiful washed Sidamo that delivers on sweetness and balance. A lighter body, with complex stone fruit sweetness, and a pleasing finish reminiscent of a delicate black tea. Dale washing station serves over 750 individual producers in this region, with 1-2 hectares on average per producer. Parchment coffee is dried on African raised beds for up to 15 days. Freshly roasted beans when they arrive at the house. I like a light roast and this is perfect. Can’t wait to wake up and make a cup!
