This is a fruit driven coffee with great body and sweetness. Its perfectly balanced between a natural and washed. Clearly funky, but very clean.

Don Orlando produces his coffee in this new and very well designed communal micro mill. After the picking and careful selection process, he delivers the cherries to Palmichal. At the micro-mill, he follows the process himself and receives professional support for special preparations.  

We taste: Sparking grapefruit acidity, brown sugar, coriander, dark chocolate finish
