Ethiopia Wush Wush
Our first offering of Wush Wush variety, if you like unique, fruit forward coffees this is for you. This unique natural processed coffee comes from Sidama in Ethiopia, collected from small farmers and milled by Kerchanshe washing station.
Named after the variety's town of origin, Wush Wush, this coffee has a long 120 hour fermenation, and then is dried on raised beds for 15 days. The result is a sweet and savory cup, with juicy notes of grape, dark chocolate, and a sage finish.
