Colombia La Casiana #2
We have two roast levels for this versatile and crowd-pleasing coffee, and this is the darker (Roast #2) of the two roast levels. The longer roast time allows us to develop the syrupy body and chocolate notes inherent in this coffee, while reducing the citrus acidity.
This is our first year purchasing coffee from Finca La Casiana, which is located in the Antioquia region in Northwest Colombia.
The attention to detail in the Casiana Estate is evident in the consistency of each cup. Soil analysis, meticulous weeding, and selective pruning all contribute to these continuing improvements.
The Casiana Estate produces coffee that is a full-bodied and well balanced filter style coffee. Heavier notes of walnut and caramel balance this everyday drinking coffee. Enjoy this coffee hot or iced.
