Fair Trade and Organically grown, from the Oromia Coffee Farmers Union, one of the larger co-ops operating in the Sidamo region. Along with the El Salvador Santa Rita, one of our favorite naturals of the year. Natural processing involves drying the entire coffee cherry in the sun, and later removing the skin, fruity mucilage layer and protective parchment shell that surrounds the green seed. The result is an outstanding fantastically fruited coffee that you do not want to miss.
