Finca La Providencia is located in San Pedro Necta Region of Huehuetnengo. The Anzueto family owns and oversees the production at this farm. This is our second year for this coffee and both harvests have surprised us with the amazing fruit and spectacular ruby red grapefruit juice of this coffee. The farm uses a demucillager instead of fermentation which means that the miel or honey is taken off. This seemed to work very well for this lot. This is the large Pacamara variety, which is a hybrid cross between Red Maragogipe and the Pacas variety.
