How do you roast?

All of our coffees are roasted-to-order on our 1/4 bag Sivetz fluid bed roaster.  We welcome all potential customers to come and tour our facility and see first hand what small batch roasting is all about!

Do you provide equipment?

The short answer is yes, although equipment decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and customer’s volume is a key component of this decision.  Typically, if you are ordering 25 lbs per week, then we can place equipment.  For those that do not qualify for equipment placement, we are very flexible in arranging to have the proper equipment in place.  Our main priority is that the coffee is being extracted and served with the proper equipment.

How do we try your coffee?

Selecting a roaster for your cafe or restaurant is a critical decision.  We always suggest to potential customers that they come to our facility, see the roasting process first hand, and sample our coffees here on equipment similar to what we’d install.   For those customers that simply cannot leave their business for a visit, we are more than glad to accommodate, and arrange to visit you at your location.  We will bring all the necessary supplies for a proper tasting.
